Sail OnThe "Blue Marlin II" was a large cabin cruiser sitting along a country back road here in NC for several years. A most unlikely sight to behold as you traveled down a rough two-lane black top road, rounded a curve, and were met with a huge 50's era cabin cruiser sitting in a pasture. The owner began demolishing it a few months before this photograph was taken. Now, nothing remains of it.
Country BarI used to drive by this old store, which became a bar before it was abandoned. Out front there was a handwritten sign on a tall pole. It read, "Disco Sucks".
